All participants will get up-to-date data on the state of customer experience, CEM capabilities and benchmark data in different categories.

We publish the results of this ongoing survey on a yearly basis, usually during CXPA Finland summer event and/or CX Day, celebrated globally around the world in October, as well as on carefully selected other occasions.

CXPA Finland is the local networking community of the global Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) in Finland. Our goal is to help organisations create great customer experiences to enable sustainable growth. We organise regularly interesting events around CX/EX related themes in collaboration with companies who want to support knowledge sharing in this field.

At the European Customer Centricity Awards, over 90 Case Studies will be competing across 18 categories and at the North American Customer Centricity Awards, over 100 Case Studies across 20 categories in one of the most hotly contested competitions in the CX Calendar. Both competitions have now moved entirely virtual after the current situation put a halt to live events. There is a huge amount of content and networking to be done at the virtual events (on 21 & 22 September 2020 for the European version and 8 & 9 October 2020 for the North American one). Over 40 hours of CX content will be available on-demand over 2 days. Networking will be managed by exciting AI event tech with built-in video calling.
